  • What payment methods do you accept?


Most of them. We accept the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), mobile wallets. For these options, please use the Payment gateway option while choosing a payment option. We do not accept payment made from outside India.

Please note that choosing the bank transfer option may delay shipping your order since we will ship once the payment is in.


  • Do I have to pay GST?

Yes, customer must pay GST in every order. If customer is a business entity then please provide GSTIN in checkout area for input tax credit.


  • Where is my invoice?

Printed invoice will be send with each order as well as soft invoice copy through e-mail.


  • How soon do you ship my stuff?

Our aim is to ship within 1working day. Most orders that are placed before noon  will ship the same day on business days.

Sometimes we do have low stock and cannot ship immediately. If we cannot ship within 2 business days, we will contact you about this.

Yes, you can visit our factory for self pickup. kindly contact and schedule your visit prior arrival.
